CQC inspectors visit health and adult social care services across England to check that they are meeting the standards. They make unannounced inspections of services on a regular basis and at any time in response to concerns. The CQC registers care services that meet the standards, inspect them regularly to check that they continue to do so, and take action when they don't.

Ensure we provide a non-discriminatory service
Consult our residents on a regular basis regarding the service we provide and act on our findings
Supervise and monitor and support our staff on a regular basis
